L is now three weeks old. I’ve been home on my own with both kids for about 10 days. Hubs loves his new job but unfortunately has a bit of a drive each day. This means he leave at the crack of dawn and doesn’t see the kids in the morning. I’ve had to get creative with how I get AG in and out of her crib, since I still cannot lift her because of the surgery. Thankfully we had a step stool that works wonders. I’m adjusting to life with two, each day is different. Some are easy, some are tough…all of them fly by. One thing I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is how I’m going to find balance. Balance with two kids (giving each little one on one time.) Balance with hubs, finding time alone for us while still adjusting to little sleep with L. Balance with work, setting time aside each day to grow my business and keep up with the everyday workload. Balance with daily household musings…laundry, cleaning, unpacking and decorating! There is a lot on my plate and I want to make sure to prioritize my time well enough to give all of the above my best.
Last week I talked about Old Navy and how much I’ve been loving their current items.
Stopping by from the link-up! Love that quote! Too often women try to do it all!
That ON shirt is super cute and I've been neglecting them lately. Guess I need to stop in!
Stopping by from the linky. Those little turkeys are adorable! I am so glad you posted cornbread waffles. I have some chili and I didn't get around to the cornbread. I see it as my Sunday supper!
Love that sweatshirt! So true. And that Old Navy top too, I was just there and they didn't have my size! That's so awesome you found a baby sitter, so glad your shop is open again!!
Stopping by from the linkup. Those turkey shirts are adorable. That chili sounds yummy. I need to try it ASAP!
