The official start of summer is this Friday at 1pm. I have mixed feelings on the arrival of summer, if I’m being honest. I AM looking forward to lots of fun with the littles. Playdates, sleeping in (ha who am I kidding,) trips to the beach and Nana and Papa’s house. I know we’ll definitely be busy over the summer months, but I’m a little sad saying goodbye to my quiet mornings those three days a week. AG stopped napping at just over 2 years old, so school days for me were days I was able to get the most work done. I’m hoping a variety of busy boxes, arts and crafts and even some movies will help to keep my sanity while Luke naps each day. Fingers crossed.
On IG last week, I shared a variety of items I picked up for AG’s summer fun bucket thanks to Target’s Dollar Spot. All of the goodies I found will be waiting for her at home when school gets out on Friday. After we stop for ice cream of course!
I also wanted to do something fun for her little friends at school as well. When I was a teacher, I loved putting together end of the year gifts for my students and homeroom moms. Being able to do the same for my kids teachers and friends is also something I’ve been looking forward to. I decided on bubble wands for end of the year gifts this year.
What kid doesn’t love bubbles?
We had a bunch for our Easter Egg Hunt this year and all of the kids had a blast with them. So, bubble wands was the clear winner when it came to end of the year gifts for AG’s three year old classmates. I whipped up some printable tags to go with the wands and as usual, there is a link for you to print them below.
Will you be sending little gifts for your child’s classmates this year?

Those tags are adorable! Such a sweet gift for friends. I’m not doing anything for Cam’s friends but I do have gifts for his teachers that I will be sharing tomorrow. Can’t believe it’s his last day for the year. I feel the same way you do.
Love this !!! We are definitely a bubble family and I have actually sent them to school before as well.
Great looking tags to add to the bubble wants, fun idea.
