My favorite thing about the holiday season is making memories. As a mom, my goal is to make memories with my kids each year that they’ll never forget. Many of these memories are of annual traditions, others can be those once in a lifetime experiences or just the day to day holiday celebrations.
Something I look the most forward to over the holidays is baking. For as long as I can remember, my holidays have involved baking. Usually with my mom and grandma in the kitchen, making the same traditional cookies each year. We’d listen to music, taste test as we went and boxed them up for neighbors at the end.
My kids may be little, but they both love baking. As soon as the mixer comes out, my son pulls up his little tower and climbs up to help. When cooking with them, I love to make recipes that are easy for them to help with. Of course, recipes they’ll eat are a must too.
Today, I have a recipe to share with you that is loved by my littles. These immaculate s’mores cookies are not only easy to make, they will disappear in minutes. I love using Immaculate Baking Company products because they create wholesome baking products- many of which are certified gluten-free or organic. Whether you’re making them on Christmas Eve to enjoy with a cup of hot cocoa or making a big batch to bring with you to a cookie exchange- you can’t go wrong with this immaculate recipe over the holiday season.

Immaculate Baking Company Chocolate Chip Cookies
6 Marshmallows- cut in half

This is brilliant! My daughter’s two favourite desserts in one. She will go crazy when she finds out what we’re cooking this weekend. 🙂 Thanks for sharing it, I hope mine turn out as good as yours!
