Just 25 days left of the school year and this teacher-mama is beyond ready for summer vacation. The big testing time of the year is upon us and I’m feeling the stress. Thankfully these next couple weeks will go by pretty fast and the big countdown will be on. One of my big goals this summer is to revamp this little space of mine, making it more current with my life these days. And you guys, this is my third post this week. It’s amazing what a little extra energy can do!
Since today is Friday, THANK GOODNESS, it’s time for me to share some favorites from the week.
I’ve talked many times before about my office supply obsession. It’s real. It’s been this way for years, one of the big reasons I became a teacher! Anyhow, this week I found a new favorite pen. I bought them to try out because they were on sale at Target. I loved them so much, I jumped on Amazon to order more.
Can we also talk about this cute notebook? It’s the little things, people!
I’m happy to say I’ve been keeping up with my reading kick. I’ve set a goal every single year to read a book a month for the last 3-4 years. It’s never happened. But this year, I’ve already read 7 books. My last read was a good one, Beach Town. It took me a bit to get into it, especially in the beginning. But, once it picked up, I couldn’t put it down. Perfect for summer beach days
I posted these camo pants last week on my blog FB page. If you don’t follow, you can find it here. Of course, I bought them before they went on super sale but I love them. They’ll be great for the cool spring days and later fall months- well in Florida at least.
A few weeks back, I made this greek salad and it was sooo good. I’ve pretty much made it weekly since. It’s good as a a=snack or even by adding chicken for a meal. So easy to make too!
Leaving you with a little inspiration….
