Well, hi there! This little space has been quiet for far too long. I’ve missed it a lot and have decided to make the time for this hobby of mine again. I’ve done a lot of things over the last year that I’ve wanted to share and am looking forward to doing on here. I’ll also be starting the IG back up as well, so make sure to follow along on there as well @LeahwithLove
Fall is officially here. While the temperature is still reaching 90 most days here, there has been a bit of a breeze in the mornings. I’ll take what I can get! If you’ve been around here for a while, you know my love of fall runs deep. It’s the time of year I look forward to all year. Today, I’m going to share a few of my favorite things over the last few weeks- all fall focused of course!
On September 22nd, we created our fall bucket list. My daughter had been asking for weeks when we were going to start it, telling me everything she wanted to add. You can see what we came up with with below, thanks to a little help from Pinterest =-)
Fresh flowers are the one thing I try to have in the house at all times. They’re always on the kitchen table, which is the center of the open family room. They make me smile, the kids love picking them out and for $4 every two weeks, it’s worth it! This last week, the kids picked out the fall colored arrangement. Aren’t they beautiful?
I made my monthly trip to Trader Joe’s last weekend with my mom. My number one goal while I was there was to pick up everything pumpkin I could find. I did pretty well, I will share my thoughts on these products as the weeks go on. I will say that the pumpkin biscotti is my absolute favorite every year. I wasn’t a huge fan of the coffee (which was only $5.99.) The pumpkin cranberry crisps are good with their cranberry goat cheese. If there is anything pumpkin + TJ’s I’m missing, please let me know!
My wardrobe is ready for fall. I have some new things I can’t wait to wear. Some thing from last year that I can’t wait out back on. Unfortunately, the Florida weather isn’t really on the same page with me. So, when I found this cute plaid top at Target, I scooped it up. Now bring on the fall festivals & hay rides!
One of my personal goals for the month is to get back to creating. This week, I worked on a few printables that I’ll be adding to the library. The first was a cute idea that someone at work shared. You’ve Been Mugged is similar to You’ve Been Booed. Our social committee decided to do it through out the school. The second is fall/ Halloween themed lunch box notes. My littles love getting these, so I decided to make a festive options!
The PDF links to these will be coming next week!
