The most wonderful time of the year is here. Also, the absolute busiest! Last year, I did some fun festive things with my kiddos and just didn’t get around to posting them. Today, I’m sharing these cute Santa hat bugle bites!
They’re so easy to make. I made them with my kids and they did pretty much all of the work.
Ingredients
Melted white chocolate, Holiday M&M’s, Bugles and sprinkles
You can use almond bark or white chocolate. I love the Ghiradeli white chocolate melts. They’re so easy to use and melt perfectly every time. I usually melt my chocolate on 50% power in the microwave at 30 second increments.
Directions
Melt about 3/4 cup of white chocolate. Dip the bottom half of the bugle into the white chocolate. Add sprinkles to decorate. Place an M&M into the opening of the bugle. It’s important to note that you need to make sure the bottom of the bugle is open enough for an M&M to fit before you dip it. Place them on parchment paper until the white chocolate sets. Once the chocolate it hard to the touch, put them in a bowl to serve.
Take a look at the process below.
My kids did all of the sprinkles and I was on M&M duty. These Santa hat bugle bites were the perfect sweet and salty treat. I honestly just picked them to make because I thought they would be fun for the kids. I didn’t expect them to taste so good.
