I Dig You Valentine Idea

Just a few more days until Valentine’s Day. I have to say, I’m not a big fan on it falling on the day after the Super Bowl. Monday is going to be a hot mess. Especially for us teachers! Today, I’m sharing an I Dig You valentine idea. It’s the last of the printables I have planned for this year.

What you’ll need for this Valentine’s gift is shovels, worm gummies, bags to tie it all together and tags. I bought my shovels on Amazon,

The amazon set came with the shovels, ribbon and plastic bags that fit perfectly over the bottom of the shovel. It even came with tags, but for the purpose of this post, we’ll forget about those 😉

There are two ways you can package these. I bought the small packs of sour brite crawler minis. Gummy worms would also work for this Valentine as well. Now, if you’re taking these to school, I would recommend keeping the crawlers wrapped and package that way.

If you’re doing them at home or with for your family, I think they’re really cute unwrapped with the worms on the shovel. Either way, they make a pretty cute Valentine!
