Looking for an appetizer to bring to a 4th of July celebration this weekend? I have a delicious recipe for you! I made this last year for the 4th and have made it many times since. It’s perfect for summer, so fresh and full of flavor. Definitely a twist on your traditional guacamole that is sure to please your guests. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados lightly mashed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes quartered
- 3/4 cups feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt or garlic powder to taste
- 2 tbs chopped parsley fresh (or fresh cilantro for a different twist)
Servings:
Instructions
- Lightly mash avocados in a large bowl.
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
