When I think about s’mores, I think of summertime. No school, days spent in the pool, and late nights spent outside. One of the perfect endings to a sweet summer day is with s’mores. If you don’t want the oeey gooey mess of s’mores… these s’mores cookies that will satisfy your summer s’mores craving without the mess!

One of my favorite cereals to snack on are golden grahams, add some marshmallows and chocolate chips and you have a s’mores snack mix! If they’re that great together on their own, they have to be good in a cookie too!

When I was at the store, I found Jet Puffed mini mallows. They were in the ice cream topping section. I thought they would be perfect for cookies because sometimes marshmallows can get a little messy in cookies. These worked perfectly.

How good does that s’mores cookie dough look?!?

And they’re even better fresh out of the oven. So so tasty. We made them last Thursday to give out as our Friday treats.

Since the s’mores cookies were going to school/ work, I made tags to go with them.

You can find these we need s’more teachers like you printables here. Just download, print on cardstock, cut, hole punch and tie to little bags. All my favorite gifting items can be found here.
