I joined Weight Watchers a few months ago and have absolutely loved it! I didn’t go in with a goal to lose a ton of weight, but I wanted to learn more about food and healthy eating. I have to say that I have learned so much about what I was/am putting into my body and feel better than I have in a long time! So if any of you have been thinking about joining Weight Watchers or doing something for weight loss or to improve your health, I highly suggest checking it out!
Now with WW I have been trying to find more healthy meals for my husband and I and the website www.skinnytaste.com has been a lifesaver. There are so many awesome recipes that are so delicious and good for you too! My husband has loved them all (and he’s kind of picky)! Most of them are super easy also, which is always a plus! 🙂
