Week 19
Size: A Mango
Total Weight Gain/Loss: +13…yes I grained a good amount over the last month. Funny thing is I’ve been eating healthier than ever before, just eating more frequently.
Maternity Clothes: Maternity pants, regular tops.
Stretch Marks: None…on my stomach! Lathering up with lotion.
Gender: GIRL!! Avery Grace
Movement: Lots of movement. I can feel when I’m sitting still a lot, especially at night.
Sleep Still having a really hard time sleeping. Up once for the bathroom and it usually takes an hour to fall back asleep afterwards.
Cravings: nothing particular
Aversions: Milk
Symptoms: I was sick this week. At 19 weeks on the dot. It lasted all day but hasn’t been back since, hopefully it will stay away! I’m still feeling a lot of stretching and much tighter in my stomach when I get up or exercise. My acne is much better along with my headaches. Back pain has been stronger this week.
Labor Signs: None. WAY too early.
What I Miss: Not a thing.
What I’m Looking Forward To: Getting started on her nursery.
Best Moment This Week: Confirming that she is really a she. We were told girl at 13 weeks but you never know if they’re correct. In this case they were. There was no doubt after looking at the pictures. I never ever thought I’d have a daughter. D’s family is mostly boys and I just didn’t think there was a possibility of a girl. Needless to say, I headed directly to Target after the appointment to pick her up some adorable clothes!
