Woops, it’s been a little longer than I had planned. Originally I was going to do baby weight loss updates every two weeks. But, my weight posts kept getting pushed to the back burner. I wasn’t losing weight and honestly I wanted to lose more before I posted again. That didn’t happen. After a week or two of not losing much, I decided to start taking measurements. I’m glad I did because that is where I really saw that Weight Watchers was working. I may not be losing weight on the scale but I’m losing inches like crazy. At the 6 week post pregnancy mark, I went to Old Navy with my mom. I tried on clothes and couldn’t fit into anything. Before pregnancy I was a size 0/2 (i’m petite/ 5’0) and that day I couldn’t zip an 8. Medium dresses were too tight, my chest wouldn’t fit into anything…I ran out of that store and didn’t turn around. This past week (9 weeks postpartum), I went back to Old Navy. Not even a month later, I now can zip a 4. Yes, I have a little muffin top, but nothing a pair of spanks can’t fix (which I need to go buy). I bought the same medium dress I tried on before in a small and would actually wear it out of the house. That is the first time I really noticed my weight loss. I’m happy with where I am and am looking forward to losing more.
This Month’s Loss/Gain: –3 lbs
Total Weight Lost: 25
Food: I think this is where the biggest change is for me. I’ve completely changed my eating habits. I’m not snacking on crap and when we order out I make better choices. I use my scanner app all the time and track 95% of the time. I still have a few pieces of candy here and there but instead of keeping peanut m&m’s in the house, I bought 3 Musketeers. I’m also planning healthier dinners and eating smaller portions.
Fitness: I walk 3-4 times a week for an hour a time. Sometimes I’ll add a little running into the mix but I can’ only run for 5 minute intervals pushing the stroller and that usually doesn’t happen more than twice a walk.

Losing the baby weight is so frustrating. But you look awesome! You go girl! And seriously…lunch time is so hard! Breakfast and dinner no big deal.

Awesome work, you look great! I just joined WW on Monday since I'm 12 weeks PP and havent lost anything since 2 weeks PP, its depressing. I just want to fit into normal clothes again! Keep up the great work 🙂

Great work! Keep it up!!! Remember, it took you 9 months to gain, it'll take a bit to lose. You look fantastic so don't be too hard on yourself!
