One of my blog goals for the new year is to post my meal plan as part of my “Scrumptious Sunday”. I usually plan out my meals on Saturday or Sunday. I go through all the coupons, look for some recipes I’ve already made before and enjoyed and then I hit Pinterest or magazines. Another goal for the new year is to not eat out as much, whether it’s take out or going out to dinner. I added up everything we spent eating out this month and it was almost $300.
Hello reality check!
You’ll notice that the meals are for the most part, dairy free. Since AG has a milk protein allergy, I stay away from dairy. So, if you’re looking for creamy cheesy meals, you won’t find them here. If you’re looking to lose a few lbs, stick around…eliminating dairy will help with that! Instead of waiting for the new year, I’ve decided to start today. Lets take a look at what’s cooking this week!
