I’m able to zip my size 4 pants.
I’m on my way.
My goal is to continue with P90X for the full 90 days.
Then, I want to get back into running.
I stopped Couch to 5K when I got sick for a week.
It was hard to get back into.
After P90X I will start running again.
I would like to run a 5K by May.
Hopefully it won’t be three more months before I post again!
I do plan to share my favorite healthy snacks next week.
This Month’s Loss/Gain: I’m not weighing myself until the end of the month.
Total Weight Lost: 30 lbs

Congrats on the weight loss and good luck with the plans!! I know just how hard it is to lose weight!! I am celebrating being down 15 pounds! Its a big adjustment adjusting your diet!! I find drinking lots of water helps!!

You are doing so great. I am only just starting my post baby weight loss journey. I wonder if you'd share any dairy free meal ideas. I'm not a milk drinker anyway- but really trying to limit my dairy now that baby is here. Cheese is hard one right now. Keep it up- your inspiring me!

I did P90x three months after Madeline was born. But only for 60 days as it was during the holidays;) It was exactly what I needed to get my body back in shape! Good for you… I know working out like that is hard with a small baby!
