1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. ground turkey
2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY’S 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (15.25 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 can (4 oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Brown the meat then throw everything in the crock pot for 3 1/2 hours on high.

Yummm!!!!! This sounds SO SO good!! I was planning on making regular chili one night this week but I might just make this instead 🙂
