Last month we celebrated AG’s third birthday. We decided to do her party out of the house this year since we’re having L’s big 1st birthday here in a few weeks. Talk about a smart decision.
Her party was at our local Gymboree. AG loves Gymboree and we wanted a place where all of the kids (ages 1-4) could really play and have fun. What I loved most about the party was all I had to do was show up 15 minutes early, set everything up and enjoy the party. They took care of the activities, following a timeline and best of all, cleaning up.
Since this was the first party we’ve done out of the house, I wanted to make sure I put time into decorations to bring in to make sure it screamed THREE! From pictures to a personalized dessert table to a banner and more. Everything turned out perfect, despite the rain and not starting making the decorations until 48 hours before the party. We now have a threenager and she had a wonderful time at her party.
Enjoy some pictures from her big day.

When planning her party, I decided to go with a rainbow theme to match Gymboree. I didn’t do too much when it came to the decor. I brought in balloons, made a poster board with pictures from the past year and bought a banner (gasp) from Target that matched the theme.
Little brother had the time of his life at her party too. He squealed the entire time and thew a fit when it was time to leave.
Catching the birthday balls.
Our family, minus a set of grandparents and a few aunts and uncles.
We’re grateful for our family and friends who were able to come out to celebrate our sweet girl.

What a fun party! We are having Noah’s 3rd birthday party at Gymboree next month too! I guess every Gymboree is different because ours will put up the decorations for us and we aren’t allowed to bring any “homemade” treats. I’m really looking forward to less stress on my end too! B
