Advent Calendar Activities & Printables

The first of December will be here in less than a week. I am so excited for the month to start but feel like I still have to much to do to prepare. I’m looking forward to wrapping presents, preparing for holiday parties, baking more cookies than I can count and visiting Santa. But more than all of that, I’m looking forward to continuing our family traditions and starting some more.

Now that AG is 3 years old, there is more she understands about Christmas. One thing I’m looking forward to starting with her this year is an Advent calendar. Last year, we did a book a day along with an activity. This year, we will continue with the 24 books before bed at night, but she’ll be able to pick her Advent activities out of the adorable calendar I found at Target, for just $3!

When planning out activities for AG, I thought about the things I already had at home for her, things I wanted to do as a family and things I thought she would really enjoy. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and wanted to keep things focused on family time and giving back. Below, you’ll find a variety of activities that you can print out and use with your calendars.
