I love to brunch, probably should get myself this shirt! This weekend we’re hosting family for Easter brunch. In true Leah fashion, I’ve waited until the last minute to plan the menu. I have two things I look for when deciding on my menu. First, how long does it take? Second, can it be prepared beforehand? If you’re in the same boat as me, looking for some new recipes for this weekend, I’ve got you covered!
With brunch, guests are arriving pretty early. In our case, right after the littles get out of bed. I don’t want to be up at the crack of dawn prepping the food and baking. I also don’t want to spend all morning in the kitchen while my guests are relaxing, enjoying each other. So quick, easy and TASTY recipes are a must.
Lets start with the drinks. I always have a few different options. The list below has a great variety. Alcoholic, non-alcoholic, one with a just a hint of flavor and another that’s sweet.
The Best Bloody Mary from My Newest Addiction
Sparkling Raspberry Lemon Mimosas from Aberdeen’s Kitchen
Watermelon Mint Water from Skinny Mom
Peach Tea from Passion for Savings
When it comes to the food, variety is key!
Crustless Mini Quiche from Will Cook for Friends
Hash Brown Egg Nests from The Cooking Jar
Easy Deviled Eggs from Six Sisters’ Stuff
Strawberry , Spinach & Avocado Fruit Salad
Biscuits and Gravy from Homemade Hooplah
Carrot Cake Bites from Simply Made with Love
Apple Cinnamon Roll Bake from Frugal Mom Eh
Carrot, Coconut & Walnut Bread from Simply Made with Love
