Lets get right to it today!

I made this Mother’s Day print to go with one of the gifts I made for my mom. I wanted a simple quote with a lot of meaning. One that she could keep framed on her desk. One that would make her smily and think of me when she looked at it. I hope she’ll love it.

I’ve done a little shopping for myself this week. I guess you can say I’m celebrating Mother’s Day all week long. Over the last month, I’ve seen this shirt raved about in blog land. I bought it this week in green and am obsessed. My favorite thing about it is that it’s wrinkle free!

On Wednesday night, I went to dinner with my girlfriends. After dinner we enjoyed Sprinkles cupcakes, which just opened by us and went to Anthropology. I could walk around in that store all day. And then I’d be broke. I think we spend a half hour just smelling all of the candles. My favorite is the capri blue candle in this gorgeous jar. I didn’t get it while I was there and I’m kicking myself for it now.

I can’t end the post today without a pictures of the two lovies that made me a mom. Being a mom is the greatest blessing and best adventure. These two keep me on my toes, make me laugh harder than I ever had before and fill my heart with love and joy.
Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mamas out there. Enjoy your special weekend.
