If you’ve been around here for a while, you’ve seen quite a few snack mix varieties. It’s our go to for get togethers and holidays. Plus, I’m a big sweet & salty snacker so I love making them and having some for dessert at night. Last week I taught a kids baking class and decided to add this Easter snack mix to the menu.

You can really use whatever variety of items you’d like. As long as you have some sweet and some salty you’re set. For this Easter snack mix, I used Skinny Pop, corn Chex, Pretzel rounds, M&M’s, Cheerios and mini marshmallows. I also used melted white chocolate baking pieces for the coating. I’ve had these clear bowls for years, which I love. I found some similar with great reviews, on Amazon.

The mix is so simple to make. First, add all of the ingredients in a large bowl.

Next, melt the chocolate and pour it over the entire mix.

Gently mix to coat. I had the kids scoop from the bottom and mix up. You don’t want to break up all the Chex pieces.

Once the mix is coated in white chocolate, spread it out over a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

From there, let it cool/ harden for about a half hour. I just put the cookie sheet to the side in the kitchen. No need to put it in the fridge.
When it’s set, break apart the mix and serve. It can be used for Easter playdates or egg hunts.
This Easter snack mix is also great to bag up, add a tag and give to friends and family!
