Ready for a flavor filled snack for you to make for St. Patrick’s Day this year! I made these magical snack clusters last week and they were amazing. They took my son and I just a few minutes to whip together and none of us could keep our hands out of the bowl once they were finished!
There is really so much goodness in every single bite. From the crunch of the marshmallows to the fruity flavor of the Fruity Pebbles to the salty addition with the pretzels. This is a sweet and salty combo that is one for the books!
Magical Snack Clusters
2 cups of Lucky Charms
1 cup of rice Chex
1 cup of pretzels
1 cup of mini marshmallows
1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows only
1 cup fruity pebbles
2 cups melted white chocolate
Sprinkles
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the extra Lucky Charms marshmallows and the melted chocolate. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour one cup of melted chocolate on top of the mixture in the bowl and mix. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet, make sure to spread out the best you can. Then pour another cup of the white chocolate on top and add sprinkles and remaining marshmallows. Let the chocolate set about 20 minutes. Once the chocolate is hard or set, break the mixture apart into clusters.
