If you’re looking for the perfect summer treat but want to keep things healthy, you’ve come to the right place! This tasty berry frozen yogurt bark is simple to make and the perfect treat for the hot summer days. This vanilla greek yogurt is topped with strawberries, blueberries, mini chocolate chips and granola. It’s healthy and filling, whether you enjoy it for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
To make this bark, you’ll need vanilla greek yogurt, blueberries, chopped strawberries, mini chocolate chips and a granola of your choice.
For best results for the berry frozen yogurt bark, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make it much easier to remove the bark when it comes out of the freezer.
Once you have parchment paper on the baking sheet, pour the greek yogurt onto the top. Using full fat yogurt is the best for this recipe. I used 4 single serve cups of vanilla greek yogurt. Once you have that on the baking sheet, spread it out with a spatula. Then start putting the toppings on. There is no particular order to add the strawberries, mini chocolate chips, granola and blueberries.
I used 3/4 cup of strawberries, 2/3 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips and 1 cup of granola. Load them on and lightly press them in. Once you have your toppings on, you’re ready to put the bark into the freezer.
Freeze the bark for at least 3-4 hours, overnight is best. Once you take it out, break it apart and enjoy. If you don’t want to eat it all then, put it into a freezer safe container. This bark will freeze well for up to 3 months.
