Overnight oats is almost always a part of my Sunday meal prep. They’re such a EASY breakfast option. They take no time to make, they’re packed with nutrients and best of all, keep you full for a long time. You can eat them cold over the summer months or warm them up in the morning if you choose. I love coming up with different combinations of my favorite flavors, which helps these from not getting boring! Today, I’m sharing almond joy overnight oats made with Organic Valley milk.

Doesn’t that look delicious!
Here is what you’ll need to make these almond joy overnight oats….
Organic Valley Milk
Quick Cooking Oats
Coconut Flakes
Mini Chocolate Chips
Almond Slivers
In a small jar or container (I love mason jars for these) pour in 1/2 cup of oats. Add 2/3 cup of milk and stir. After that, add one tablespoon of the coconut flakes, chocolate chips and almond slivers.
Once you add in all of the ingredients, make sure to stir well. Place the lid on top and refrigerate it overnight. If you forgot to make it the night before, you can still make these in the morning and enjoy them about 5-6 hours later.
If you want a higher protein meal, add a scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder. Other healthy add ins are chia seeds, ground cinnamon, flaxseed meal and fresh fruit. The possibilities of flavor combinations are endless outside of the best milk and oats.
