Hello, March!
I love the start of March. It comes with beautiful weather, Easter decorating, fresh flowers, St. Patrick’s day and so much more. The funk of the winter months is behind us and there is so much beauty ahead. I’ve already started planning so many fun treats and goodies to make with the kids and send in for their teachers. Last night, I started things off with these easy rainbow brownie treats.
They were so simple to make. I could have had my kids do them but decided to surprise them after school. They loved them and I had to bag what was left for lunch, before they all disappeared.
What you’ll need
Brownie Bites
Icing (green or white)
Mini Marshmallows
Scissors
Ice the brownie with green icing. Then cut the air heads to make a rainbow and put it on top of the icing. The icing will make it stick upright. After that, cut the mini marshmallows and put them around the rainbow as little clouds.
They’re colorful, fun to make and pretty tasty too!
If you’re hosting a St. Patrick’s Day party or just want something fun to do for your kids for the holiday, these EASY rainbow brownie treats are the way to go!
