Melon Teacher Appreciation Idea

The cutest melon teacher appreciation idea!

I love a themed gift, whether it for birthdays, just because or a specific event- like Teacher Appreciation week. For this themed gift, I went with a melon theme. First, I headed to the store grabbing all things MELON I could find. I wanted things I knew the teacher would use and enjoy. All of the details for this Melon Teacher Appreciation Idea can be found below. While I created this gift with teacher appreciation week in mind, it would also be a great end of the year gift as well.

As you can see above, there are two different tags for this gift. Both of these tags can be downloaded your here. As always, for best results, be sure to print on card stock. There are 8 tags on this page, four saying Thanks a Melon and 4 saying You’re one in a Melon!

Here are the items I grabbed for this gift. Not pictured was a basket that I found at walmart for about $3! Everything above is from Target. If you want an easy way to get everything, just head to their app and put melon in the search and you’ll find a lot of items that way. There is lotion, a candle, lip balm, gum, candy and this cute little cup, which is just perfect for spring and summer!

How cute did this come out? I also added a gift card, which is completely optional! If you’re doing little gifts each day for teacher appreciation week, you could also just use one or two melon items in a gift bag with one of the above tags. The gift could be as small or as big as you’d like! Here are the little clothespins that I used to attach the tag to the gift card. These are great to have on hand for gifting purposes!

Overall, this is such a sweet gift idea. While it’s perfect for teachers, it can really be used for anyone! Parents, neighbors, coworkers….think of someone you appreciate and give them a melon themed gift! I guarantee it will put a smile on their face!
