Basil Pork Chops
Less than 20 minutes to make pork that is full of flavor and will compliment a variety of side dishes.
boneless, about 1/2 inch thick
fresh basil leaves
chopped & optional
Combine the brown sugar, basil, salt and chili powder in a small bowl.
Stir in 1 tablespoon oil until mixture is crumbly.
Rub over both sides of pork chops, making sure they’re completely covered.
Cook pork in remaining oil over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side in a large skillet or grill pan. Juices should run clear when it’s finished.
