Ingredients

package
chicken apple sausage
sliced
2
medium
sweet potatoes
cut into cubes
1
red
pepper
cut into 1 inch pieces
1
green
pepper
cut into 1 inch pieces
2
TBS
coconut oil
1/4
tsp
salt and pepper
or more to taste
Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Add sweet potatoes to the skillet once it’s warm.
About 5 minutes after sweet potatoes start cooking, add peppers. Sautee until all veggies are cooked through
In a separate small skillet, cook chicken apple sausage. You can cook it in a bit of coconut oil, I used coconut oil cooking spray.
Once chicken apple sausage is headed through and all the veggies are done, combine in the large skillet. Add a little salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
