Egg White Bites
Healthy egg white bites, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray.
In each muffin tin, place a spoonful of chopped spinach, bacon, tomatoes and peppers.
Fill each muffin tin up with egg whites, about 3/4 of the way, covering the veggies.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the eggs are completely set.
Let them sit for 5 minutes when coming out of the oven.
Move to a wire rack to finish cooling. Place in a container once completely cooled.
