Fruity Pebble Cookies
Lots of fun and flavor in one cookie!
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
  3. Once combined, add the pudding mix and mix until well blended.
  4. Add in vanilla and eggs.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking soda.
  6. Slowly add the flour mix to the wet mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  7. With a wooden spoon, stir in Fruity Pebbles.
  8. Using a cookie scoop, place 1″ balls on your lined cookie sheet. Press the cookie down slightly to make them more flat.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
  10. Let cool for a minute before moving to a wire cooling rack.
