Fruity Pebble Cookies
Lots of fun and flavor in one cookie!
Ingredients

vanilla instant pudding mix
3.4 oz
1 1/2
sticks
butter
1
cup
sugar
2
large
eggs
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
baking soda
2
cups
fruity pebbles cereal
2 1/4
cups
flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
Once combined, add the pudding mix and mix until well blended.
Add in vanilla and eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking soda.
Slowly add the flour mix to the wet mix until combined. Do not over mix.
With a wooden spoon, stir in Fruity Pebbles.
Using a cookie scoop, place 1″ balls on your lined cookie sheet. Press the cookie down slightly to make them more flat.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
Let cool for a minute before moving to a wire cooling rack.
