Italian Pork Chops

Ingredients

eggs

Italian bread crumbs

Parmesan cheese
grated

olive oil

garlic salt

tsp
italian seasoning
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a small bowl, beat eggs, set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Dip each pork chop into the egg bowl and then into the bread crumb mixture.
Once pork chops (both sides) are coated, place in heated skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until pork chops are slightly browned.
Place the skillet (make sure it’s oven proof) and pork chops in the preheated oven, cook for 25 minutes.
Pork chops are finished once internal temperature is 145.
Recipe Notes
If you don’t have an oven proof skillet, transfer the chops to a baking sheet and place in the oven.
