Ingredients

butter

sugar

brown sugar

baking soda

baking powder

mini chocolate chips

cup
crushed golden graham cereal
3/4
cup
marshmallow bits
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the sugar and butters together with an electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and continue to mix. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, powder and salt. Mix completely.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients about a 1/2 cup at a time at low speed. Continue until flour mixture and butter mixture are combined.
With a wooden spoon, add in crushed grahams, marshmallow bits and mini chocolate chips. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop, place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
Allow to cool completely on a cookie sheet. These cookies are best when eaten within 48 hours, perfect for a summer party!
