Turkey Sausage Egg White Bites
This is an easy breakfast to meal plan and eat throughout the week.

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Coat a muffin pan (square or round) with cooking spray.
  3. Cook turkey sausage and set aside.
  4. Gather the remaining ingredients.
  5. In your muffin pan, add 2 tbs of turkey sausage with 1/2 tbs of tomatoes and 1 tbs of peppers to each muffin cup. Do this for all 12 of the cups/squares on your pan.
  6. Now pour the egg whites into muffin cup, filling about 3/4 of the way. Do not fill all the way to the top or your eggs will overflow.
  7. Add your seasoning of choice on top- salt pepper, garlic salt, etc.
  8. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  9. Remove from oven and let set for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
  10. Enjoy or store in an airtight container for up to one week.

Please note the size of the muffin tins can vary, if you have left over sausage or veggies, make more egg bites!  You can also substitute the veggies and added meat according to your preferences.
